Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been conducted. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule at no extra charge.

Cancellations

24+ hours notice: Full credit applied to a future session.
Less than 24 hours notice: The session fee may be forfeited.
No-show: No refund or credit will be provided.

Technical Issues

If a session could not be completed due to a technical issue on our end, we will reschedule the session at no cost to you.
